Stosich Family Go Fish Game

Hey I wanted to share my latest Heritage Makers Project. I created a Go Fish Playing Card Game in my publishing studio using one of many card templates. I am really digging the new playing cards. I put pictures of our family, grandparents, and their two cousins Saylor & Hayden so we can all play together as a family! Isabella and Sofia are really into playing games now, and what better way for them to play then to use their own family's photos! Check it out! It's cute!

Florida

While in Georgia we took a trip down to Florida to Destin. It's on the Gulf! We loved it! We went with my mom, sister Ashley, her son Ashton, LaRon, and her kids Saylor and Hayden, my niece Roxanne and her son Keller, and my sister Lynette. Hartman was the only guy so he loved that :) We stayed at a beach house and went to the beach every day! The kids loved playing in the beautiful white sandy beaches, and Isabella really enjoyed surfing. She called herself a surfer girl! They also enjoyed some awesome rainstorms, since they never see rain in Vegas. They asked to play in the rain one day with their umbrellas. I also celebrated my 33rd birthday while down there. Hartman and I managed to sneak off for a nice seafood dinner on the beach for my b-day! Hartman got a metal detector and his dream came true of using it at the beach. He found a toy car for Hayden :) We spent some time down at Seaside a cute little town on the beach where the Truman Show was filmed. It's a really nice family place and fun for kids! It was great! I missed going to the beach in Florida. To me the gulf has the prettiest beaches and clearest water ever! We had a great time to spend with our family!

Within 5 minutes of arriving at the beach, Bella got stung by a jellyfish. You can see it in her face here. I felt so bad for her. She cried for about 5 minutes and there were some red marks on her hand, but quickly she was off to play again
Bella was having fun again in no time
Ava always on the go
Sofia loved covering herself in Sand

Isabella and Sofia kept pretending they were washed ashore and wanted to us to figure out if they were humans or mermaids

Prom Night

While in Georgia visiting, my niece Saylor had her 6th Birthday. For her birthday she wanted everyone to dress up in prom dresses and have a dinner. When I say everyone I mean the little girls and their mommy's...I know I can't believe I'm putting this on here, but I thought you could all use a few laughs...The things Moms will do for their kids

We were able to attend Hartman's brother's baby sealing in the Idaho Falls Temple. They adopted a baby boy and we were able to see the whole family sealed. It was pretty cool!

Uncle Vaughndavid and Ava. Earlier Vaughndavid had taken Ava down the slide at the pool and she was not happy with him. In fact she wouldn't even go to him and was pretty mad. As you can see, she soon warmed back up with him!

The next few posts are of our trip to Idaho Falls over the fourth. We drove 11 hours and stayed about 10 days! We always love going to visit & the girls especially love being in the country and playing with their cousins as well as their aunts and uncles. They really enjoyed getting to know them & create fun memories with them. But the biggest reason they love going to Idaho is because they get to spend time with Grandma and Grandpa

Ava's little personality has really started to come out! She likes to make faces and get reaction from all of us. Her most popular face is what we call the "granny face". She does it over and over again because it's makes us crack up!

Isabella enjoying the swing at Grandma and Grandpa's house. They love playing outside and exploring in their fun and big yard!

Sofia picking strawberries from Grandpa's garden while learning from Grandpa the correct way to pick strawberries. Both the girls loved it, and later helped make strawberry jam!

After a long day of fireworks, parades, candy, hotdogs, and fun...Sofia couldn't last any longer and fell fast asleep on Grandma's lap while watching our own firework show!

Later that night the "boys",aka as our husbands, wanted to put on their own fireworks show, while the kids enjoyed some sparklers. Bella was representing the home state with her Georgia sweatshirt!

Sofia having a blast and showing off her personality. She usually doesn't like to pose for a picture, but does like to make a goofy face!

Isabella enjoying the firworks

Isabella and Sofia with many of their cousins watching the fireworks. We left Ava at home with Grandpa sound asleep for a quiet night at home!

Here we are watching the fireworks

Fourth of July In Idaho

We loved going back to Idaho Falls for the fourth of July! It's the best place to be for the 4th. They have the fun small town parade with really fun floats and candy. They also have the best fireworks show on the river. It really is the best fireworks I've ever seen. The whole show seems like the grand finale! It was also nice to take a break from the vegas heat! The girls love being with grandma and grandpa, picking strawberries out of the garden, sewing pillows, and playing with all of their cousins. Here are a few pix of our trip!
